"Underworld: A Society of Scum and Vigilantes"

Thriving whether there is chaos or order, Bounty Hunters, Smugglers, Pirates and Gamblers have always held their place within the galaxy?or more often than not, on the edge of the galaxy. This thread is dedicated to those who prefer credits over glory, those who live outside the laws of the galaxy; some of the most dangerous yet subtle beings in the galaxy. Here at Underworld you can interact and discuss the Fetts and Solo?s of the Star Wars galaxy with other members, join a guild and advance through the ranks. But be cautious and watch your back?after all, Underworld IS a society of scum and vigilantes.

    Description and Ranks

Below is a list of the groups with there Ranks and Description. All members of the TFN have a chance to join in with there desired group and become part of future role plays designed for these type of players.

There are also crews that can be formed for the Smugglers and Pirates. The new crew must have a minimum of 3 members to start a crew and a name for there ship/crew.

    Bounty Hunter Description

Bounty hunters were hire able mercenaries who tracked down and captured or killed anyone with a price on their head, although they were also known for doing nearly anything for the right price. A good bounty hunter was very well armed and very dangerous. There were, however, plenty of incompetent specimens throughout the Galaxy, lacking any real skill but wishing to get rich quick or simply seeking adventure.

Bounty hunters usually worked alone, although they sometimes did form partnerships. Partnering with a bounty hunter could be very dangerous business, though, as they typically valued their personal gain?and survival?above that of their companions.

    Bounty Hunter Ranks

[li]Bounty Hunter Guild Master: There can be only one leader of this group. The leader must uphold the the Bounty Hunters Guilds honor and disperse jobs to the ranks who can fill the job as required.[/li]

[li]Bounty Hunter Guild Councilor: This position is for the keeper of the ranks. They keep a check on who needs to go up in rank and keeps the roster in check for this group. They can also fill in as leader when the Master is on the hunt.[/li]

[li]Senior Bounty Hunter: This position is for members who have proven there work in the field and off. They can train new members in the Bounty Hunters ways and help them if they need any questions answered.[/li]

[li]Head Hunter: This position is for members who have proven themselves as a valuable Hunter. They can take in new members to train but is discouraged.[/li]

[li]Tracker: A member who has a trainer and has taken the first step to the hunt.[/li]

[li]Fresh meat: A new member who has not found a trainer as of yet.[/li]

    Smuggler Description

A smuggler was someone who engaged in the clandestine shipment of goods or persons to prevent taxation or some other impediment. The goods shipped were often highly illegal or banned in some sectors.

Smuggling, while having been an important part of galactic trade for many years, thrived under the Galactic Empire's strict controls of goods. By 3 ABY, smuggling had become such an entrenched facet of Imperial life that many within the Empire had trouble distinguishing smuggling outfits from Rebel outposts, as demonstrated by the assumption that the Rebel base on Hoth was actually a smuggling operation when reports of its location arrived from an Imperial probe droids. The fact that many smugglers operated in support of the Rebellion and channeled funds to them made such distinctions even more difficult.

    Smuggler Ranks

[li]Smugglers King: The leader of the Smugglers. He is the one to find jobs for his guild and disperse them according to the crews and shipment. Can only be one leader.[/li]

[li]Second in Command(aka Warden): Second in command. Can take up the Kings position if he is lost in space on a shi

I, of course, will be the Imperial government. Naturally, we frown on activities such as yours but we will be willing to overlook them provided you pay... taxes. Yes.

I don't think the smugglers will listen and I don't believe you have any legal precedent over Sabaac games. You may get some money from the bounty hunters, but you need them to hunt the smugglers for you.

I say Jello is made the pirate king and just "taxes" everyone else that way.

lexu you can always become a Pirate with a crew to raid Trimaj's casino if things go well within the groups designed rpg. We do have to live up to our name. :p

Jello, I think you might find it difficult to tax members such as these. It might be more desirable to hire them for there candlestine skills if you do not wish to get you hands dirty.

Yes Jack you may become a Smuggler Pilot, just remember you will soon need a crew/ship and a name to call your shipping activities.;)
