Saga Unintentionally Funny Scenes in the Saga?

Palpatine's "I was right, the Jedi are taking over" in that high pitched squeal had me laughing in the cinema. It was so unexpected.

Bail's face a split second after saying "we've always dreamed of having a baby girl" he has this rather defensive expression as if to say "what? what did I say?"

 

"You underestimate my power!"

 

I've always found Palpatine's facial expressions during his duel with Mace to be pretty funny:

 

When Anakin yells "it's not fair" in Padmes apartment I always find quite hilarious. Its just how he says it that makes it funny, can't really take the scene seriously anymore.

 

I wouldn't say it's funny or hilarious, but I can't do anything else but smiling and liking more Palpatine each time I watch this scene. Ian McDiarmid as the Emperor in both ROTS and ROTJ is so much fun to watch:

After being told Vader's helmet wobbles throughout the "I am your father" scene, and seeing it - it is a little amusing and distracting.

 

Iron_lord for me the wobbling makes the scene more intense for me. Dunno why

 

I find it funny when Luke blows up the AT-AT with his grenade, that its leg sticks out to the side just before it falls over.

 

When the Ewoks trip that AT-ST and it does that little wobbly thing before falling over. That made me chuckle a bit.

 

Most of the ones that spring to mind have been mentioned. For me, Sidious v Mace and birth of suited Vader / "Nooooooo!" are the two standouts. In the OT, I always find it quite amusing when Vader's hand gestures don't quite match what he's saying.

 

I always found the giant space slug a wee bit more goofy bad then funny good.

 

Basically all the scenes on Naboo with Anakin and Padme in AOTC.

 

The scene where Darth Vader screams NOOOOO after he finds out that Padme dies.

 

Most here have mentionned Vader's Noooo.

But I wonder what it would have been if it were this instead:

Nothing about that death was funny .

I think they were meant to be dark humorous.

You don't have facial expressions like those if you're worried about losing the duel to Mace Windu.

Also, I always make similar faces when there's a camera pointed at me, so I can totally relate.

Humility is the only certain defense against humiliation.

 

When Anakin and Obi-Wan kick each other at the end of this gif, I always crack up whenever seeing that part.



Dooku's face also cracks me up here, since he's saying in his mind "Got you sucka!"
