All right. This vignette is inspired by the hardly-mentioned character who unwittingly helped Xanatos escape the Temple in JA #7 (The Captive Temple). Jude Watson, author of the series, does not mention this character?s fate after Xanatos shoved him out of his speeder and stole it. I?ve attempted to fill in his story, short though it may be.

I felt sort of sorry for that guy, but it looks like he's going to have a happy ending to his bad day

 

That was a fun vignette! Like Renata, I also love looking into the lives of people behind the scenes, so to speak.

I really had to laugh at this line: They had lightsabers, so they weren?t window washers, and at this one: There?ll be something left of me to bury. That?s a plus.

 

I've had days like those! Well, except for the crazy Jedi speederjacking me! And it doesn't surprise me at all that he would try for a job. That was just the perfect ending!

That was simply wonderful!

We don't often think of the fates of such characters, so it's interesting to see - and then you did it so wonderfully! Not only humorous, but you give insight into this poor random fellow that came upon Xan with such ease. The story is quite short, yet you get some knowledge of his character.

You're very talented, I can see by this - I'll have to go read more of your works!

And, as a sidenote, I found this through your sig . . . see, it does work to do that!
