LA, CA Unofficial STAR WARS day at Disneyland! 6.25.2005

The OCSWS is having their first-ever "unofficial" Star Wars day at Disneyland. This non-sponsored event will be held on June 25th,2005. And since this is a non-sponsored event, fans and friends of fans of all types are welcomed- the Fan Forces, Disney fans, and Star Wars fans, etc. We want to get as many fans there as we can, so tell your friends to tell their friends, and heck, tell your enemies too!

For more information, check out www.DisneylandStarWars.com. E-mail any questions or post them in this thread, so that we can add them to the FAQ up at the site with the answers. This will be a non-costumed event, as Disneyland follows strict policy against non-employees being in costume, so SW T-shirts will have to do. And in case you missed it earlier, this event/gathering is not sponsored by Disney or Lucasfilm.

 

I have one question... Is this sponsored by Disney or LFL? Can I wear my Royal Guard Costume?

You guys are going to confuse people. No costumes (crazies). Any way, I think it sounds like a great event! I can't wait. I've always loved D-land. It's the happiest place on earth and we can all head over to the Lego store afterwards!

 

I have marked my calendar. This is going to be a fun year I can already tell.

 

I'll be away on my honeymoon that weekend.. but I'll be there in spirit! I'll promote this event to fullest extent of my RSA capabilities.

 

Just a reminder, this is a month away. Hopefully if you're not in Hawaii or Minnesota you can make it! We'll be making a small amount of shirts with the image from the website on it, PM me if you're interested.

 

I'm going, but I don't know if I need a shirt. I have so many right now. But it would be cool to have the very first Unofficial Star Wars Disneyland shirt. How much we talking here?

 

I have a large plastic tub full of Star Wars shirts and sweatshirts so I am in the same boat as SR. That being said, yes, how much are the shirts?

 

I reckon they'll be $15 each. Plus shipping unless you live between me and my job.

 

We're planning to go, plus we'd all like tees! Cool!

 

I think I've talked Mr. DH into going also so we will all need tees also.

JB, I hope I can drag my padawan from yours long enough to take in some attractions.

 

This sounds like a lot of fun. I am seriously considering going...every time I've been to Disneyland, I've had a blast. Anyone up for a LAFF carpool?

NP, if you need a ride I could swing by you if you want. I mean the (323) is right near by the (213). Disneyland!!!! Yuppie the happiest place on earth.

I can probaby get discounted tickets if anyone needs them. Not a lot cheaper than the regular price, but every bit helps.

 

I can get a pass for $42.50. I don't know if that is better than CBM but if it is then I can help you out.

 

ours are $43.00, also you should check what other tickets and promotions are availible. Like a 2 day pass in case you want to go to DCA the next day.

At your local Vons, you can get a one-day parkhopper for 63 bucks.
