I actually did't mind how they showed mandolore in TCW as much as others.

I didn't mind Rebels Season One being set majorly in Lothal that much because I feel like it helped give the show an identity of it's own.

Haven't been around here long enough to gauge what's an unpopular opinion and what's not, so....

    - I hate that they brought Maul back and rewrote both his and Ventress' backstories.

    - I prefer Rebels' animation style to TCW's

    - I wish Ahsoka was never invented

    - There's nothing wrong with dark Bariss

    - There's nothing wrong with Korriban getting renamed "Moraband"

    - There's nothing wrong with Mandalorians being peaceful

    - There's nothing wrong with Ahsoka

    - There's nothing wrong with Nightsister zombies

The Mortis trilogy is the best story of The Clone Wars.

    Ziro is fabulous.

The droid-centric episodes of TCW were good fun.

    -I like Duchess Satine
-Mandalore as more of a non-violent planet is interesting
-I don't like Rebels (I think might be unpopular on this site)
-What the Ghost crew did in the first Rebels episode can be seen as an act of terrorism(causing an explosion and stealing dangerous weapons and killing troopers who may just be trying to defend citizens from what look like terrorist)
    -The graffiti thing is dumb
    - I don't like Imperial portrayal in Rebels
-I don't like the CW miniseries
-I like the idea of Ventress becoming a better person

    Well said, SN. =D=

I don't think TCW did a thing for Anakin's character for the better.
    TCW made Obi worse.
Dooku was humanised in Nightsisters and I like that.

    I do not like Rebels.
The Ghost crew are not role model material.
Child warriors is a terrible idea to promote.

While I see where you are coming from, he's no different in the movies. Watch the OT, but pay attention to how much of a dick he is to Luke.

What people consider dislikable varies as does the two men's manners in the different productions. Saying they are the same is not a fact.

My views on Obi-wan have changed.

I like him at times and other times I don't.
I like him at sometimes in TCW and other times I don't. I like him having emotions. I don't like him being rude.

Anakin in the TCW I think at times could be preferable to AOTC. At other times he is annoying. He is no role model though, that's for sure. He can be pretty bad in TCW.

    other opinions
    -animation in Rebels is poor
    -Sabine is annoying
    -Ezra is annoying
-I don't like what they did with Dooku in TCW.

I like the Droids arc in season 5 of TCW, I know a lot people hate that arc, but I found nothing wrong with it, and don't understand the hate for it.

I think my opinion of Kenobi changed in ROTJ at the revelation that Leia is Luke's sister..... But that is a discussion for another day.......

As Cushing's Admirer pointed out, and I halfway agree, it is hard to compare the two directly considering that they both had two vastly different directors. IMO, Filoni allowed the voice actors to take a little bit more liberty with how they voiced the characters and allowed the animators to give the characters in the show a bit more expression. In contrast, Lucas seemed to direct the actors, especially the actors playing Jedi, to be more stoic in nature. This changed by the time ROTS rolled around, but then again everything changed in the SWU at that point.

Heh Divo, a what if Christina Ricci was crossed with Peter Lorre. Seems he was already a party member so he's probably head of Imperial Intelligence by now and known as Shadow Cranium.

just as a clarification ,"when I say Anakin in the TCW I think at times could be preferable to AOTC", I don't mean likeable.
We do see the friendship between Obi-wan and Anakin and more than what we saw in AOTC.
In no way is his character fixed in TCW though.
We see other parts of his character. He's still really not good.

-I don't think I like the TCW as much as I use to. It was interesting. There are stuff I do like still.
-I would like more of Duchess Satine though(a part of the TCW I really like)
-I don't like her death (not sure how popular that is)
-Anakin shouldn't have had a Padawan
    - I don't want more of Ahsoka

I think she was a very interesting character, and would have liked to see her expounded upon as well as the situation on Mandalore. I think it would have been more interesting if she has played a larger part in the story, but with her being a neutral party I can understand why her story was somewhat limited. I actually think that her death gave Kenobi some emotional growth that was desperately needed to form a deeper emotional connection with the audience. Especially first time viewers of the franchise. I think that we should have seen Kenobi wrestle with acceptance of her death and the associated invasion (assuming it happened) of Mandalore though.
