Like around Anakin's age? Really don't see it. She always seemed the same age group as Lux and Ahsoka to me. Though we really don't know how old any of them are, so..

 

Steela has to be Ashoka's age. It makes the rivalry angle work better.

 

I assumed she was close to Ahsoka's and Lux's ages.

 

Still going with 17 tops for Steela.

 

I agree with you on the love triangle fluff in the Onderon arc. Lame enough it existed and even lamer executed. They had four episodes and just didn't get much farther than Ahsoka getting mildly jealous of Steela. It might have been cool if Ahsoka had stronger feelings and even to have had Lux more torn between feelings for the two. The dumbass would make a great player. But I don't think its much of a loss TCW got passed this quick since the whole thing was pretty, meh.

 

They're teenagers with hormones.

 

Yea, and we don't want to see those things in The Clone Wars.

 

Steela's a "cougar." There is no way I can accept her as being 16. Granted, I'm bad enough at pinning real peoples' ages, let alone cartoon characters. But I would have though of her as being in her 30s.

 

I just didn't like that they wasted time building tension in a whole episode, but it hardly mattered or effected anything. Everything could've turned out the same way without it. Then they just did away with Steela and that was that.

 

Steela to me seemed like she was Anakin's age (assuming we are in the second/third year of the war), maybe a year or so older. However, I could see her as about 19 at the most.

 

It was pretty funny watching Ahsoka get rejected by Lux.

 

The Academy is a good episode.

I loved the Onderon arc!

 

I actually like "Shadow Warrior". Mostly for the reason that it shows how dangerous the love between Anakin and Padme is. Most media have portrayed Padme being in the right while Anakin was in the wrong. This episode finally portrayed them both needing each other. Their love for each other was self-destructive, and ultimately ends the Jedi Order as we know it in the Prequel era.

It was important to have an episode show Padme's side.

 

I'll third that, one of my favourite characters from TPM taking on Grievous, wow, and he actually put up a really good fight! It's a sad, but great scene.

Exactly. EU has proven to be just professional-grade fan fiction. The Clone Wars is pure George. I came to terms with that a long time ago.
