Senate Unsafe driving

I don't think the relatives of someone who was killed in a car crash would call money they receive out of a court case following that car crash as a "windfall". That term implies getting a net benefit which you did not ask for. Somehow I doubt that any family would regard the death of its primary if not sole breadwinner as a cool and handy thing to happen to them, which is what we usually regard a windfall gain as. Do you have any concept of what happens to a family that loses its primary breadwinner unexpectedly? You're really calling the children of a father killed in a car accident "whiney money grubbing relatives?" You would seriously throw the burden of caring for the dead father's wife and children on society at large and not on the ****ty corporation that caused his death by intentionally putting a defective car out there on the road?
