How is Friday Nite Sept 19th for all? I have to work Sat 20th and Sun 21st. The next weekend is no good for Jenni.
This will give us New Members a chance to drool over those pictures of Dragon Con and Jenni can get us oriented and excited for Philcon. Let me know. Andrea

 

This is meet going to include a meeting? Also Andrea, will your children be present so I know whether I should bring Brandon along?

 

I am thinking it will be an informal get together. We can do pizza, munchies,and talk about upcoming things if that is OK with you and Jenni. Whatever is best for everyone. Absolutely bring Brandon along, he will have fun with my kids.

 

Informal with munchies is cool Andrea. Let's keep it simple. Make sure you ask us to bring stuff if needed. Hopefully our Archivists can pop some pics on CDR and we can watch a couple slideshows. Most of us only have digital pics - I dont' think I even get hard copies any more! LOL

Sept 19 sounds good. Andrea set the time. I'll see if I can round up a couple short SW related films on VHS and DVD we can watch too if you want. Fun all around!

We can also talk (briefly) about PhilCon - let's keep biz brief.

We should also include the KOP Plaza Trick or Treat event as well. It usually happens the friday BEFORE Halloween, but I will post details as I get them and I will be hosting this event as well.

Of course children are encouraged to attend!

Sounds good about watching some flicks.
I'll take care of the pizza, soda, beer, chips, pretzels, taco dip and a couple of other munchies. If anyone wants to bring something please do so.
