New Jersey Upcoming Meeting/Events Thread

So, any idea when and where are we going to have the December meeting? December is a very busy month for everyone. Schwing!

 

December we will skip due to the holidays see you in January 24th location to come.

Then we'll celebrate my birthday at the January meeting, 1 month late.

 

Marie...there is talk of a small gathering the Saturday after Xmas for either food & drinks or a shopping excursion in NYC.


That's right...your b-day is in December as well.

 

As long as it's not the Sunday after Christmas. It's my pappy's birthday.

I'm also assuming at the January meeting, Charlie will be collecting 40 bucks from the council.

Just following up information to your stories about the Classic Trilogy on DVD; our upcoming releases bulletin lists Star Wars: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi as being released by 20th Century Fox on November 4th, 2004. This information came to us via FOX themselves, so it's 99% reliable.
One other note, prices won't be known for sure until approximately 3 months before release. And as of today they're listed as separate releases; there's no Star Wars trilogy box set listed though it will be released, presumably. I thought it was interesting as Indy isn't available separately.

So what's going on for January? I remember discussing it at the last meeting but the alochol bubbles have an adverse affect on my brain and I can't for the life of me remember what was decided.


Keep in mind that I won't be around from the 31st until the 4th.

 

24th was the date location still to be determined.

 

January 24th sounds just fine. I'll make sure I request NOT to work.

I can't make any meeting in Jan. I'm always booked. However, if you like, we can meet at my house in Feb (7, 21 or 28). I can do a costuming/sewing workshop - you know show you how to do stuff... I also have a 64 inch big screen TV with surround sound for those not into costuming. I live in central NJ. Just let me know....

 

FYI...THE DUES ARE ONLY FROM THE COUNCIL MEMBERS...NOT THE REGULAR MEMBERS OF THE NJO.
