personally speaking, i don't think cancelling out the question would make that much difference to the scores, so let it stand.

 

I think cancelling Question 4 might be the wiser choice. There are conflicting answers and I'd rather trust the Lucasfilm publications then Wikipedia. And I do think it would make a difference because it means more teams qualify for the Gonk which will affect next weeks scores, so letting Question 4 stand would mean some teams missing out on at least 2 points which is unfair.

Also Rox, SithlordRichie did send our Round One answers to you but they seem to have been misplaced. Any chance our score of 8/10 from that round could be added when you get the others edited?? Pretty please

As for canceling Question 4 I have to say it would be highly unfair for the Danish team.
And we didn't cancel Question 7 from the first round...
I say give the Gonk to the Danish team.

 

Which places? Because, chances are, they might have just taken what the Wookieepedia entry said...


But to play along, let me be nerdy for a moment. Beloved Wookieepedia also says for Mandalore that it's at the edge of the Inner Rim (although no system is given). Only, that doesn't work since the Empress Teta System is also said to be in the Deep Core.
and this map, which all of the Literature forum is drooling over, agrees on that and places Mandalore very far away (at the edge of the Outer Rim, even) in its own system with the same name.

I'd rather trust an army of cartography nerds who even manage to make sense out of Marvel Comics and Clone Wars Cartoons, over a free-to-edit web encyclopedia with clear inconsistencies.

But maybe that's just me.


In the end, I don't care what you do with the answer or points - I just wanted to (further) point out, that you really need to check your sources and how much room for conflict there is. After all, if we take HttE's answer to when the Clone Wars begun, we still have a valid answer - only a wrong one.

I guess that's true about Q7 from round one, and in truth there will always be at least one question per round that will have a conflicting answer. If people think it's fairer for Q4 to stand, then I'm happy for that to happen too
It makes the fight for top place more exciting, that's for sure
