Phx **UPDATE** PHXFF trip to Renn Faire

I will be wearing my full-blown wench costume.

 

alas, i was too busy to make a costume due to school (purgatory). so i'll almost definitely be there in street clothes, seeing as how i strongly dislike what i wore last year.

 

You know I'll be there in garb! In tights no less...

So anyway, I'm thinking this place will be a mud slingers dream this weekend. Are we still on?

 

We are still on. We are meeting at my house at 0900 and leaving at 0915 exactly. Make sure you fill up the car and stop by the bank first because we aren't stopping on the way out there.

Anna and I live almost 1/2 way out there so we'll meet you at the costume shop.

But I'm bringing a change socks and another pair of shoes just in case.

 

ah crap... my mom won't drive me to void's, since we're on the way to the faire as it is... can someone pick me up on the way? (to the faire, i mean) :\

the mom's on her way home and i'm gonna ask her maybe if she can just drop me off at the faire so i can wait there, but i thought i'd post here just in case.

*jupiter mutters about her fear of the freeway*

 

DAVE - I spoke with my girlfriend today who works out there (She's the girl who does ROCK RACES) , and she said that for as much rain as there was this week, the festival grounds isn't that bad in terms of mud. They maintain the grounds pretty well ou there. So no fears!

Okay, I'm a little lost as far as following this post. Are we meeting at the fair, by the costume shop at 9:40ish a.m., or at Void's place at 9:00ish?

Never mind, I guess it would have helped to have gone to this months meeting, a trick I have yet to master.

Possibility: I talked to Wench tonight, and she REALLY wants to go the the Renaissance Festival. Who would be interested in going to the festival on Saturday the 22nd, and then having the pillowfight party afterwards?
