Abq Update! Who wants to be on TV and the Radio???

Call to Arms!

Scott from KOB called me again (he is really getting the run-around from us!)

and he needs to know by 2:30 today if anyone can be on his show. The taping is at 4:30pm on Saturday, downtown, and he wants someone in armor, preferably, or at least a costume. This will be on TV and the Radio and is a once in a lifetime chance to announce Mos Alba!

Whoever can do it, please post here and then call him at 489-9513

If no one can, I can do it, but I really am strapped for time Saturday with all of our other events....

But now, Scott says he just wants one to actually appear on TV. So Jess, you are it!

Here are the details: The TV show is from 2:15-3:15 in THE MORNING on channel 13, on Fridays, so we can watch/tape it tonight and see what it is like

I asked if he is going to go all Stern on us and make us look bad. He said no. He said he likes to talk to regular people about issues. The catch is, we don't get to know the topic until we get there. He said it will be "fun" (fun for who, we don't know yet)

He wants you to talk with your armor on and the voice amp, etc.

You have to be there, dressed and ready to go on at 4:30 sharp. You can get there early to get dressed, but at 4:31, it is too late.

it is in the Bank of America building at 500 4th and Roma, at the West entrance by the Roma Cafe. A security guard or his assistant will let you in.

I don't know, Peter! They had a short clip of me at the VERY beginning of the show (before he starts signing "gypsies, tramps and theives") saying that the Scott Conner Show was now under the authority and jurisdiction of the empire, but that was it! Maybe it is actually on on the 17th...

The TV part still hasn't aired, but he put some pix up on his website from the taping. Thanks, Jess, for figuring out how to work my broken camera!
