I don't have any problem with this.

 

I'm ok with doing this, it's for a good cause.

 

No problem with this as well. I am assuming they want to say, "may the force be with you..." (instead of forse).

My only concern is WHEN this is actually happening. We don't have anyone from NDstudios showing up until basically gametime on the 12th.

We may have to coordinate something else away from the game itself.

I spoke with Matt at NDstudios, and we both felt it may be a wiser move to do the actual taping on the rehearsal night instead of the game night.

For those not in the loop on taping,w e only have 1 cameraman who's arriving at gametime on the 12th, and then the other 2 will arrive prior to the end of the game.

Obviously, taping during the game would be rather difficult and would pull us all away from entertaining the ticket holders.

We were planning on having the camera crew there for one of the dress rehearsals, so since we'll all be there and in costume anyway, it'd probably be better to do the actual taping at the rehearsal so we can take more time than we'd have on gameday to get what they need.

Wish I could take the credit for this one, but they came to me. Pretty cool, all the same.

 

When are we doing this?

 

Matt and I were planning on doing this on the night of rehearsing. I will confirm this with him and get back to you guys.

 

Food Bank Shoot is:

Friday June 11
8pm
at Coca-Cola Field, prior to rehearsing.

If we're getting the ballpark at 7, this gives us an hour to change into costume and assemble. That way we can get the shot while we're clean and presentable and not all sweaty after dueling.

Matt from NDstudios has a banner for us.

Everyone on camera will also have to fill out a release form. Matt will have these on hand.

 

Good news, everyone!

Matt from NDstudios has informed me that there will be a premiere event for the Food Bank video this fall!

It'll be the evening of September 15 at the Market Arcade theater downtown.

We'll probably have more details soon!

 

Sounds Good and a good excuse to get together.
