Pittsburgh, PA Vader at National Cathedral

Another teacher asked me if it was true there was a 'gargoyal' on the National Cathedral. One of his students told him there was, placed there after a contest to design new gargoyals in the 1980s. I'd never heard of such a thing, so I went to that source of all info odd and unusual . . . the internet.

Turns out, there is indeed a Darth Vader gargoyal on the National Cathedral, resulting from a contest in the 1980s. Its even on the National Cathedral's website.
