South East VADERPALOOZA! - The SMT Saga Campout

    THE SAGA CAMPOUT

    OPEN TO SMT MEMBERS AND INVITED GUESTS ONLY!


    (Only dues-paying members of the SMT and invited guests will be admitted. SEE BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.)



    FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11th, 5 pm through SUNDAY NOVEMBER 13th.
    (Rain date: Friday, November 18th, 5pm through Sunday November 20th.)



    The SMT's premiere event for 2005 is approaching fast! Vaderpalooza: The Saga Campout will be a three-day festival in celebration of the Star Wars Saga and Memphis FanForce, including food, games, prizes, and, of course, the presentation of the entire Star Wars saga on our 26' wide x 13' high TIMAX screen. Grab your camping gear and prepare to build Echo Base, because we'll be "roughing it" Star Wars-style! (Participants MUST provide their own camping gear!)



    This event will only be open to qualifying dues-paying members of the SMT, invited guests, honorary members, and members of our sister FanForce chapters that are more than 100 miles from the Memphis City Limits. For details, please contact us.


    If you are an SMT Honorary Member, an invited guest, or a member of another FanForce, then please contact us for details. The SMT actively encourages the participation of our sister chapters in our FanForce events, and cordially extends an open invitation to any of our events.


    We do ask that anyone planning to participate in this exciting event please RSVP before October 30th, 2005 by contacting us through The SMT Website. You cooperation will help us better plan this event and make it more enjoyable for all.

    NOTE: At this point in our planning, we will most likely be asking for around $20 per person to cover food for this event. This will include dinner Friday night, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
