Challenge Valentine's Day Songfic Roulette Challenge -- All numbers taken!

Yeah...one of these challenges again.

I'm hoping to see some writing action on the boards with this.

I have a few songs in a list and all of them have to do with Valentine's Day.
So we have love songs, not so lovey-dovey songs, songs about relationships and songs about splitting up.

So...pick a number, post the number in this thread and I shall send you your song.

Hi, all. Got my song fic last night, but realized I'm not sure what to do with it. I've never done this before. Do I post part or all of the lyrics with the story? Should the story follow the song exactly or just allude to it, or be an influence in it? Thanks for any guidelines on this!

 

It's actually completely up to you.

You can use the lyrics in the story, you can have the lyrics inspire a story -- whatever your muse wants you to do.

You can be as creative as you want to be.

I usually use the lyrics, or parts of the lyrics, as a sort of prologue to the actual story. Sometimes I just let the song itself inspire a story.

Really depends on the song.
