    Why wouldn't it still be Soviets? The Cold War lasted a very long time. And it's not like Nazis were confined to one film.

    I agree that this would be a spinoff if it happened, definitely different than the Indy series. Which is somewhat sad, but could be interesting depending on what we see in Indy IV.
