Wondering what to say to Croatian chicks when you visit Croatia?
Here is line that never fails:

    "Hej, mala, lijepa guza."

    Trust me.

I was given a link to this in the Multilungual Writers Club that I started on the fanfiction resource board.
Since someone asked for Chinese, I'll give ya Chinese, even though I don't live in Europe (knowledge of French is the closest thing I have to being European). This is all simplified since that's the only Chinese I was know (they don't teach alot of traditional in Beijing).

    Nihao-Hello
    Zaijian-goodbye
Ni Hao Ma/Ni Zen Yang-How are you?
    Ni-you
    Wo-I
    Ta-He/She
    De-belonging to, 's
    Yi-1
    Ar-2
    San-3
    Xi-4
    Wu-5

Now, for some Star Wars terms:
    Xing Cou Da Jan-Star Wars
    Xisi-Sith
    Yue Da-Yoda
    Tian Xing Ren-Skywalker
    Dong Liu Li-Force

    Anyone want more?

Hello, I can´t believe no Spaniards have dared enter this thread:

Star Wars: La Guerra de las Galaxias.
    Star Destroyer: Destructor Estelar.
Death Star: Estrella de la Muerte.
Light saber: Espada de luz / sable láser.
    Millenium Falcon: Halcón Milenario.
    The Force: La Fuerza.
ANH: La Guerra de las Galaxias: Una nueva esperanza.
    ESB: El Imperio Contraataca.
    ROTJ: El retorno del jedi.
    TPM: La amenaza fantasma.
AOTC: El ataque de los clones.
May the Force be with you: Que la Fuerza de acompañe.
Fortunately, names are not translated; we say here Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader and so on (although many people can´t write them).

And, of course, some common expressions:

    Hello: Hola.
    Bye: Adiós.
How are you?: ¿Qué tal estás?
    Thank you: Gracias.
    Good luck: Buena suerte.
I can´t think of anything else to say: No se me ocurre nada más que decir.
