VCDs with menus tutorial?

    Can anyone give me a tutorial on how to make VCDs with menus? I only have Nero 4.1, you can make VCDs on it, but im not sure if you can make them with menus. Can anyone give me a tutorial for Nero 4.1 or some freeware (need url download)?
