Like most insults in most languages, it means a variety of things all with the same, derogatory intent. I used the word 'moron' in this instance as I assumed that you were using the word as it applies to the context of the thread.

And yes, I do speak Mandarin. However, when I am on an english speaking forum, I do not use a foreign language to vent my frustrations by either degrading other members or allowing them to believe that I am.
