Well there's damage against the rule of law... and he could expand this and start sending people to Guantanamo without a trial for just being suspicious and being a Muslim, which would be very real damage to those people and their families, and again against the rule of law.

 

I really doubt he will send people to the bay, just for being Muslim, Ghost.

 

Suspicious was the operative word in that sentence. But again, I assume that kind of thing already happens more often than we think, for instance in the form of extraordinary renditions.
