what kind of ship can hold a max of ten people, but also 4 xwings? It can be heavily modified, but i need to know for my fanfic. I can't think of one. Help, please.
I guess that makes sense. Though I can't think of any now and all my SW books are at home. wish I could help.
The time of the Yuuzhan Vong invasion, maybe around Destiny's Way If it helps, my fanfic is an AU story, in which all major star wars characters are still alive, including the emperor and darth Vader, but it's still during the Vong invasion.
That's the problem. Lot's of cargo haulers could handle 4 x-wings and 10 people and don't need a 100 person crew, but those are unarmed and slow.
Oh, sithspit. There's got to be someting. I'm o the verge of making one up. Or just extremely modifying something. I mean extremely.
I've got a couple ships for you. First the stock light freighter. This Corellian-built stock light freighter was among the most common small trading vessels operating in the known galexy. At one time, this class of ship was the backbone of interglalactic trade. While stock light freighters are still in use, many companies have turned to large bulk freighters and container ships to move their wares. These vessels come in a variety of shapes and sizes, but all are built around the basic design of a command pod, storage holds, and engines. And some great shields, engines, and weapons, and you're set. It sounds really small, and it gives you a lot of range to describe it. ("Star Wars sourcebook," Bill Slavicsek and Curtis Smith) Also, a Strike-class medium cruiser. This Imperial bad boy can be manned by an exceptionally small crew (such as ten), and is 450 meters long. Along with it's shields, it's cargo hold can easily be accomadated to hold a commplete spuadron of TIEs or about half a dozen X-WINGS. But one of it's best caratristics is it's armorery. It is defended, and it attacks, with 20 turbolasers, ten turobolaser batteries, ten ion cannons, and ten tractor beam projectors. ("Imperial Sourcebook," Greg Gorden; and "Heir to the Empire Sourcebook," Bill Slavicsek)
You could modify a Xiytiar-class freighter. That's what the Wraiths used in Iron Fist. You could boost the specs and add some weaponry. And it doesn't require a big crew IIRC.
