Okay, I'll be booking tickets for myself and Damir tomorrow. Hawk, if you see this by tomorrow (Tuesday) morning just post whether or not you want me to get your ticket aswell, before I send the form.

Actually I'll be seeing you dudes at the Multiverse screening as I booked and paid for my tix weeks ago, although I probably won't recognise any of you amongst the throbbing hordes.

Oh and BTW, Star Destroyers ARE cool and I don't prattle...... do I???

I walked out absolutely stunned at what I saw, captivated, utterly inspired. There were moments there in the film where, with a moving soundtrack and powerful acting, my eyes grew watery!

In fact, I'd go as far to say that that was the best film I've seen at the movies ever. It's the sort of film you want to go see a lot of times: on video/DVD, it will be less impressive, but hey, I'm sure they'll be a few rogue cinemas out there in Melbourne which will play LOTR for generations to come...

 

How many of you guys ended up getting together?

As I said in another thread, it is the best film that I have ever seen.

 

I saw it with Damir, though I saw Dags before we went in.

 

Ja, Brutus and I saw it in excellent seats (imagine 2nd row from the front, 5th seat from the right wall) but had a little chat with Dags before hand.

Unfortunately, we didn't see JE or PoT becuase I think we had different time sessions.

 

We watched it in Cinema 14 @ 8pm, though we weren't seated together...

 

Best.Movie.of.the.Year.

Seriously, Gollum should win an Oscar for his role, the film should win the best movie, the whole team should clean the pool.

It was THAT impressive.
