Video Capture from CD

    A friend of mine has asked me to edit together a demo reel for some acting/tv auditions here in the UK.

    Part of the video he wants compiling is an interview he did with UK band 'Snowpatrol'.

    He has asked me to splice together the interview and clips from one of their videos that he has on CD.

    What is the best way to capture this video from a CD Single to be used in Premiere?
