uh oh...some one is a fan....someone better pick him if DI is a judge
BTW that game was da bomb!
Kingdom Hearts II
I'd like to nominate Xemnas for the powerlist.
Possible Saix for the powerlist as well.
Other nominations would be
All have powerlist potential, just from being the main bosses of the game(except for Roxas).
I'd like to nominate Ansem/Xehanort's Heartless to the powerlist

I think Bloodrayne would be a good add, while not neccesarily needed.
EDIT: What about Shinobi?
And there's also this other guy that I can't remember the name of, but the graphics of the game kind of look like the art from Brother Bear, only the game is really gory. He's a barbarian of some sort, I think it starts with a k. There's a sequel where you can play as more than just him, I just can't remember the title. The gameplay was interesting in that you hit a specific button to attack a certain enemy that had it above their head. Dang, I wish I could remember his name.
EDIT 2: I've got it! Mark of Kri!
Maybe Xemnas, maybe Saix, but after that, it's kinda going overboard on the Kingdom Heart baddies, IMO (Yes, I know Roxas isn't evil, and neither is Axel, really). Not to say that they wouldn't be draft-worthy, but that's kinda setting a precendent in which people might want every ol' boss from every game included on that list. The list is already long as all hell, and I held back a lot when submitting characters like that. Think of all the Final Fantasy bosses that are (deliberately) left off, just as one example.
Up to Inty on that, I guess, but I personally wouldn't include all of those guys.
I never played Bloodrayne and never played that Kri game. They could be interesting, though.
Which is why I just put them out there. Like you said, my main ones that I wanted included were Xemnas (and I kind of wanted Axel as a non-PL).
As for GG, why no I-no? Or did I just miss the witch?

Those two could work, I guess. Saix was my fave, though, so that's why I thought he might stay.
As for I-no... ... that *****! To hell with her and her unfathomable cheapness!!!
EDIT: And Mike Tyson is really there as more of a joke pick. Someone can pick him, though. It may not be good for wins, but it'll be good for some laughs.
Oh, Saix was awesome, and definitely second in power to Xemnas, I just have a soft spot for Axel. A-X-E-L. Got it memorized?
~*!~-~SHUT YOUR EVIL, EVIL PIE-HOLE~-~!*~
it's nice that you guys are still talkin' about me when i got the boot so long ago.
I'd pick Mike Tyson
I'll review the possible additions in a bit ... a little time crunched right now
Congratulations Durron for your win! I don't know if a weeklong VIPship was decided or not, but well I don't see the harm in it, so congrats on your win good sir.
Don't have much time, just now got back but just wanted to drop in and say hi and all that jazz. Also Chim my apologies for not making it up to SC, I couldn't get away from my cousin to make the trip.
I like the revisions thats been discussed and congrats to the 2/3 new judges.
I think it would be cool to see the boy and his blob on the list. Even if no one would pick them.
OK ... Rayne (Bloodrayne) looks like a good addition. Can someone who has played the game confirm if she's power list material?
Xemnas is definately in and on the power list. I'll include Saix, too. I really like the looks of Xigbar, so I think he deserves inclusion on the PL as well. Do any of the other KH guys really stand out as ZOMGtheymustbeincluded!!!!111!!!111?? If so, point them out. I just don't want to overload the list too much (though I would like to get the PL to where it can support 16 GMs, just in case, which means a minimum of 51 on there)
Shinobi has my interest as well. Joe Musashi looks like a decent pick for the regular list, I'm thinking. Of course, I'm recalling from playing the game on my Commodore 64.
Well, if you're beefing up the PL, Crypto (Destroy All Humans) can be bumped up, I think.
EDIT: And Xaldin should be on there if we're going with 3 XIII members on the PL. Might as well make it 4. Speaking for myself, Xaldin gave me the most trouble of any of 'em.
And might as well put Axel on the regular list.
And thanks, EV.
Just to let everyone see where we stand on the list, here is an updated version.

The only real vote, is a C vote.
And yeah 51 looks right to me.
There's still Rikku from Kingdom Hearts left on the regular list, so you can group Axel with him and not have him all by his lonesome.
And Rayne is PL, eh? Cool with me, but anyone picking her is going to have to do a little convincing for my benefit. I'm not at all familiar with her.
And Option "D" gets my vote. I would say C, but I think it's a real possibility that we may not have that much interest in this game yet. I think a lot of the flaws, delays and general BS we had last time turned some people off the game. Hopefully I'm wrong.
Oh, and a piddly little spelling error. There's two T's in Tommy Vercetti. I think I misspelled it when I sent it to you in the first place. My bust.
With option 'D', does that mean we get conferences or double elimination? I would rather have conferences.
Double elimination would be faster, but I think now that this Draft is going to be run a little tighter we can go for 2 full conference runs and people will actually like it.
If that is the case with D, I'll vote that.
(Actually it's only because Durron did. )
With D, we'll try to get 16 if we can, but if we can't we cut it down to 12. I imagine that we'll do conference play if we can get 16, and crappy double-elimination with 12.
I agree with you Durron, that probably was why it was sorta suck-tacular last draft.
So yeah, I guess what I am trying to say is I would like 16, but if can get 12 I'll live with that.
After all, 12 serious GMs is way better than 12 plus a couple (say about 4) of idiots.
If I'm the only one who wants double elimination, then we'll probably do conferences. I'll just have fun designing the playoffs.
I thought you hated them (double elimins that is)?
Well I agree with you that doing conferences with only 12 GMs is kinda lame, but I also think that it's really kinda crappy for a select few to get bounced after two short rounds. Not so bad when there's only six characters on a team, but when people invest the time to build a team over ten rounds, even if the team sucks, they deserve to play and have fun for a while. D-E doesn't offer that for everyone.
And I hate the concept of byes. Bleh.
That sounds funny coming from you, who went undefeated and won the Championship and all. At least you are sticking up for the little guy though.
And once again, I agree.
Good point on the time investment thing.
At the same time, I've seen too many players get a bad team, and stop sending numbers in 1-3 matches in, meaning I need to sim 4-6 numbers sets for them.
But I guess it's best to err on the side of those who want to play the game
Yes err on me. I want to play the game.
