Hey Guys, this is my first time posting something in these forums and i have a question about voice masking.

My friend and I are making a short lightsaber duel so i can practice how to do lightsabers, etc.. and one of the characters talk but has a oxygen mask and has a darth vader sounding voice. Now my question is, is there a program i can download ,for free,to my computer to do voice masking? or would have to buy a Voice masking box like the ones ppl use in there stormtrooper helmets?

    Goldwave

Muck around with the filters to get the sound you like.

Goldwave should do all you need it to, it's a handy program. :) The free version should pull off the desired effect.
