Volunteers Needed For FanForce Table At Dragon*Con

As some of you know, Dragon*Con will begin on August 30th, in Atlanta, GA. I'm looking for volunteers to staff the FanForce table at the con. The days that we will be staffing the table are Saturday, August 31st, and Sunday, Sept. 1st.

The hours that the table must be staffed are 10:00 AM through 10:00 PM.

If any of you who are visiting Dragon*Con can offer just an hour of your time, it will be greatly appreciated.

I would be willing to donate 1 hour on Saturday and 1 hour on Sunday.

1pm to 2pm on Saturday

I'll take 2-3pm on both days. (Am willing to take less if others are willing to step up!)

And remember, if someone has already chosen the only time that you can volunteer, still go ahead and sign up. We can have two people per shift.

 

Mandy, I am available just about anytime. The only times I wouldn't be there are when Star Trek guests are signing autographs. I planned on spending time at the Fanforce table.

 

Of course, you know I'll be there for several hours Minacia. I'll gathering everyone's name and putting it into an Excel spreadsheet. Plan on me being there to set it up, open it up from at least 10-12AM. And of course, I'll be swinging by constantly throughout the day.

 

I can do SAT: 1-2pm or 4-5pm
and SUN: 2-3pm

Dragon*Con was a blast!

So, Mandy... need any volunteers for the 2003 booth?

 

I haven't officially committed myself yet, but as of this moment I'm looking to attend.

Providing I do, I'll be definitely willing to help man a table for a bit.

The major factor right now is if I can dig up some room-mates. Female preferably, , but heck any good ole fan will do!

 

I'll be there, if anyone gets on this and is taking signups, count me in.

 

We will be hosting another FF table this year. Last year, I ended up spending most of my time at the table. It was the place for FanForce folks to meet up.

I will probably create a new thread for this year's table volunteer sign-up within the next few days.

 

I will probably be posting the sign-up sheet for 2003 by Monday afternoon.

I just thought I'd give everyone a heads up.
