If I vote, are the people who can make it matter gonna look? And if they do, are they gonna care? And if they care, will they be able to do anything about it? ^^

I loved the commando droids, but I definetly don't want to see "a lot more" of them. The whole thing about them is that they are a special unit, specialized, expensive and only used in select missions. If we start seeing them popping up out of the woodwork it will not only cheapen their appeal, but also beg the question of why they are not replacing ALL battle droids with this new unit.

So I do want to see more of them, but very little. If they show up in one episode per season it would already be almost too much.

 

Yes, I love how the commando droids are much more intimidating than the regular battledroids.

 

I was thinking they should have appeared in Cloak of Darkness if anywhere.

Yeah, I'd like to see them. But I agree that they shouldn't appear in large numbers, as it takes away from their threat, and because canon says they're too expensive. Maybe for covert operations or assassinations, something to make the viewer go 'oh, crap, it's them' when he views the episode. XD

Yes, so long as they are used purposefully and in a way that doesn't make me wonder why they aren't around in ROTS since they seem superior to BDs.

I'm going to vote no, because maybe the show creators will see my vote and take them out of the show entirely.

I could see Dave Filoni now, "Ok guys, some dude on the internet said he didn't want Commando Droids, so just go ahead and delete any copies of the model for them from your hard drives, we won't ever be needing them."

From Rookies it seems like Rex has delt with them before, so maybe there'll be an episode that's set before Rookies.
