HELLO EVERYONE and welcome to the quarterly OFFICIAL fan art challenge voting thread!!!!
I'm sure you all have seen the sticky entitled "The Official Fan Art Challenge" at the top of the Fan Art boards. Well, As an extra twist, that Challenge will now be considered as a contest or a game. At the end of each quarter(Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer), all pieces of artwork submitted during that particular time period will be up for nomination for the "Art Challenge Fan Favorite Award." If your artwork makes it through the nomination process and wins the final vote, you will be awarded colors of your choosing and a title for a week to sport around the entire JC.


And please, when you vote, include the # for the picture.

I would also like to say THANK YOU and GOOD LUCK to the 15 artists who have lent their various skills into this quarters challenge.

This thread will remain for EXACTLY ONE WEEK and then I will take the results, compile them, and there will be one more week of voting after that. I'm still ironing out the details, but I think that should do it.

I have a couple questions. Do we do our nomination by Private Message to you? Is this going to be like the Fanfiction awards where you cannot nominate or vote for yourself?

This is going to be a tough choice...what I've looked at so far looks great! I wish I had a faster net connection...lol

 

Either thread or PM nominations are fine, and yes you cannot nominate or vote for yourself.

You can vote for as many as you want, but *try* to keep the number down somewhat.

I know its tough on this one!

 

You mean we can nominate for as many as we want, just not for our own? Maybe we should put a cap on that... like nominate up to your favorite 5 pics. And from those the top five nominated will be chosen to go for the voting round. And then in the voting round you can only vote once. Otherwise I can see a whole lot of tie votes.
