Goldmine? As I replied to that post, I meant to say goldmine meaning that I found a goldmine worth of figures, not literally a goldmine playset.

It was figure of speech. I wouldn't think someone would of taken that literally for a goldmine since the whole thread in context was about finding Dooku and Yoda.

I've just been to 3 wal-marts, 2 TRU and 1 Zellers.

Incase you're curious, the were all Markham/Scarberia (start from Markville to agincourt, right down to Danforth Shoppers world)

 

I saw one Royal Guard at Agincourt mall today, that's why I posted.

But as an update, TRU Markville has Dooku and Anakin Hangar Duel.

 

I just picked up Jango Fett final battle,
Orn Free Ta and the Massif but I cheated...

 

Ya well... welll... Bloody cheating collectors.

I haevn't even started collecting toys yet.

 

The only action figure I want is that Techno Union guy - Wat Tambor - that guy rocked...

No I dont buy much on Ebay, I did buy them down south from a store in LA. I do not know why I did, after all they will be available

Luckily for me i found the yoda elsewhere...now i just have to save up for that diddly

The next figures due in Canada after June 7th are: Luke Bespin, Darth Bespin
Endor Rebel soldier, Han Endor raid, Orn free ta, Jango Final battle, Massif, Mace Windu geonosian rescue, Djas Puhr and Palpatine. Most of these figures are currently available in the US for you crazy people !!!!

Yeah Kenobi, there was actually a scene cut out on Geonosia just before Obi enters the droid factory and spies on Dooku. It was in the novel:

Baisicly, Obi-Wan is walking along the rocks when suddenly he is attacked by several lizard-creatures called Massif, which he then pretty much beats the tar out of.

While it might of been cool to see one more cool "Jedi vs neat-special-effect-creature" fight, the scene didn't really do anything, and I'm not too shocked that it was cut (unlike the, IMO, very important "Geonosian trial of Anakin and Padme" scene).

I'm sure we'll see it all on the DVD in November...

Sorry, sometimes sarcasm can't be noted that apparently in written form especially in your post since you didn't reply after the first time i tried clarifying my initial post.

Besides, I've came across other people in different boards who actually do take things very literally so it wouldn't surprise me at all.

And I did look in the mirror, all I can say is DAMN I'M HANDSOME! How's that for sarcasm?
