OOC: I have no beef Jello. But I would request two things of you.
    1) for at least your first two posts, go relatively slowly and be explicit? If you couldn't tell, I have a plan brewing (which I know you can't be aware of) but it needs to be issued at a critical point in your defensive posturing. I will do it anyway, but it would make more sense if I didn't have to go back in time to post it, and you didn't have to go back in time to defend against it.
    2) Does Bastion have a planetary shield?

    IC:
Nithrak's grand cruiser, the Vor'kath Misrataku entered Bastion space a split second before the rest of his fleet.

Instantly, the yammosk began relaying information to the cognition hood that Nithrak donned deep in the bowels of his ship. In his mind's eye he could clearly see the bastion defenses and his 2 dozen infidel vessels.

By now, those 24 freighters would be broadcasting distress calls and requesting emergency entrance into the ring of Imperial protection, but it really didn't matter if they were obliged or not.

Launch Coralskippers thought Nithrak, and through his link to the yammosk the order was relayed to all his ships.

Grutchin carries A-D, move forward and prepare to engage enemy fighters. Nithrak was anxious to see how the Grutchins would fair against the unshielded fighters of the Empire, when they had been particularly effective against X-Wings already. ((Grutchins were what took out all of Kyp's Dozen in Dark Tide? and Kyp was the sole survivor of the attack))

Fhuver Vil had just spoken to the Prefect orbiting above, and communicated both the lack of Infidel response to their incursion, and the lack of communication from the Warmaster.
"He is probably busy slaying Infidels. We can understand that." Fhuver had said to Rockangus.
Now Fhuver was overseeing the shapers who had come down and set up their Damutek in the middle of the forest, and his troops who were directing the beasts Tu-Scart and Sgauru in knocking down all of the Infidel buildings.
Soon there would be nothing but verdant jungle, and Yuuzhan Vong domes.
Turning he watched as a swarm of beatles finished digging the pit. it was the size of a stadium, a quarry even.
"Governor, Assemble your people down there, we are setting up food and shelter for them"
"Thank you. We are your humble servants" cried the Governor, who was still scared half out of his mind.
"Now Governor, this infidel machine you brought, you called it a 'hypercomm transmitter?'"
"Yes. I could contact all Imperial worlds and frequency's through channel 1, if i had access."
Smiling Fhuver tapped the villip that had attached itself to the mechanical abomination. "You now have access Governor. Turn it on."

The camera came to life and broadcast the faces of Fhuver and the Governor to every frequecy, every holonet reciever, every ship and planet in the galaxy.
"Infidels. My name is Fhuver Vil. I come to you in your own toungue, to tell you of your destiny. This is the Imperial Governor of Myrkr." the Governor smiled weakly, as Fhuver used his amphistaff to swivel the camera around and view the pit full of the last inhabitants of Myrkr. "These are his people."
"This is the fate that awaits you all"

As the transmitter broadcast it all, Fhuver raised a fist, letting the firebreathers let lose down into the pit. warriors at the edge brutally slayed those who tried to climb over the edge of the pit, as over 10 000 Human and alien citizens of Myrkr, met their deaths. one infidel broke out and ran at the camera, only to have his head lopped off by a warrior, spraying blood on the lens.
"This awaits you all infidels, if you do not listen to our demands. I am told that the Jeedai can feel such death throught their Force. Then maybe they will understand what i am. I will have the carnage stop at Myrkr if and when the leader of the Jeedai gives himself up to me.
If not, then the deaths of your galaxy can be on the heads of your Jeedai."
Spinning around, he stabbed his amphistaff through the heart of the stunned governor, letting the camera linger in his peirced chest before turning it off.

Fhuver smiled and turned. Myrkr was now his, and the entire galaxy knew it.
And perhaps now the Jeedai would come out to him, allowing him to pit himself against his enemies most deadly warrior.

I take it that it's time to for me to go to Bastion?

P.S. Grutchins (with an "i" not an "e") took out Kyp's Dozen and Two in Vector Prime.

The Oppressor's crew watched the broadcast in horror. While many grimaced and turned away, Budaki stood there, motionless, no movement on his face what so ever.

"There's got to be something we can do Captain Gensen!" A voice called from the crew pit.

"Its too late for them!" Gensen shouted, his anger consuming him. "The only thing we should do is wait here for the Vong to strike, then you can have your revenge men!"

Budaki stared at the horrific image, each death sending a ripple through the Force. While i did not affect him the same way it did a lightsider, he did feed on it. He fed on the fear of those who were being slain as well, it strengthened him.

"What was that he said about the Jedi?" Someone asked.

"He's baiting them," Budaki said solemnly. "Jedi are easy to bait. But it will not work for the Sith."

    " No Charth I am not Piett-Clone."

    he felt the Sith's dissappointment.

" I leave you know Sith, farewell."

    **********

BOOSTER traveles out of the temple back to his shuttle. Then it hit him.

    Pain...terrible...pain.

BOOSTER fell to his knees, throwing his hands upon his ears, then felt appauled as they ran with blood. Within his hea was a stabbing pain unrivaled by any of his battle scars...

At first he sensed deception in Charth Maul, but he felt none.

    Something terrible had happened...

BOOSTER staggered into his shuttle and managed to give the lift off order.

OOC: I really dont feel like in the mood to read all these posts now...*sigh* but if someone would be kind enough to PM me a brief summary of what is going on in the galaxy. What worlds are being attacked by all sides, which have fallen, who has died, where everyone is and what they are doing, etc. I will be most greatful! Thanks...

    IC:

"Greetings, General." A cream and brown furred Bothan greeted as Mitth and his two subordinates, Colonel Theron and Major Riggers, departed from The Silent Wolf. "I am Vesk Tre'fey and will be your guide while you stay on Kothlis."

"Enough with the pleasentries, Tre'fey. All I want is to see the station so that I may leave this place and get on with other important matters." Mitth interrupted with a glare.

"Of course. I am also under orders to help you with your inspection of the station." Tre'fey replied as he lead the three Imperials through the station. The Bothan explained to him of everything that has been going on at that station and answered all his questions.

But after a days worth of inspecting the station, its crew, rooms, and various other things. He was still uncertain about the status of the Bothan's in the war. Something about Tre'fey had told him there was more to the station then met the eye.

So he turned to the Bothan before entering the quarters that were provided to him, his two subordinates having returned to the ship for other reasons, he asked; "One more thing, Tre'fey, I want the schematics of the station." He said and then added. "All of the schematics."

He turned away and left the Bothan at the now closed door.

Mitthy: I will PM you the YV attacks.

GAJ: PM coming your way. (IMPORTANT)

I did not underestimate you. You are playing into my armored fists. Chandrila was a warm-up compared to what you will face at Obrao-Skai.

I will post stats on the Supreme War Cruiser soon. Just think of it as a larger, more powerful SSD, YV style.

Unless you are of the Three EUC Civil War organizations, you are not welcome here.

The Council of Rogue Jedi is not a EUC Civil War organization.

Loading the back of his cart with Topato's, Truth set about fixing the canvas rug over the Negron 14 charges he had hidden.

Continuing along the streets of Bespin, he nodded at the local police militiamen, with the customary greeting.

"May the Force be with You. Tyranny is ended."

The policeman smiled. "And with you, may freedom reign eternal."

Yes. eternal. thought Truth, as he drove his cart along.

Joseph entered space in the Bespin area. He moved through the clouds and landed on the planet. He gathered his needed things and ordered Aramis to unload the cargo for the night. He entered a complex and rented an apartment. He returned to the ship, locked things up and left with Aramis. Revalis and the droid could guard the ship. Upon arriving with Aramis, he booked in for the night.

Looking out his window, Truth spied the arrival of the shuttle at the spaceport, noting the tell tale markings.

Smiling, he turned and gathering his blaster, walked out the door.

    It had began.

OOC: What you you mean slowly, Nithrak? Do you mean after I arrive, or before?

Responded to your PM, Jace. And I am most certainly not the one being played here. The Vong will learn to fear the title of Grand Admiral.

Fluke: Yes, head to Bastion at full speed. What I'm sending is: Executor, Annihilator, Death Squadron, and a Sector Fleet of 24 ISD-IIs.

Note: All the Star Destroyers from Coruscant (mine) are using TIE Advanced and Defenders ONLY. I purposly picked the ships with those on them. Not all ships in Coruscant have them... just the ones I'm using. Too bad Missile Boats weren't invented... they'd be nice to use on Vong ships. Still, Defenders+stutter shots= whoa.

    *********************************************

Before Grand Admiral Jello left, he took care of two things. First, a very impressive doomsday mechanism was placed on the Vindicator, only to be used when a certain set of conditions became true. Along with that, an Imperial Inquisitor, Drayneen, boarded his ship to ensure no harm came to Jello.

The second thing was sending a large number of Lancer Frigates with the fleet. Two per Star Destroyer, making it 100 frigates. Those would prove useful in the battle against coralskippers, their large number of lasers able to penetrate the voids of the fighters.

The fleet then left Coruscant, due to arrive in one and a half days.

The Imperial Fleets, 12,000 strong ((half of all the Sector Fleets, give or take a few from attrition), poised outside Vong territory, ready for the orders that would start the attack. Each ship was guarded by an Interdictor, disallowing Vong gravity tricks.

Now... if only the Grand Admiral could reach Obroa in time. If he couldn't... he'd have to use his trump card a bit ahead of schedule.

Fhuver had given the Sub-Altern Du'Adra the duty of gaurding the Myrkr base, and promoted him to Captain.
As the Shapers took him off to prepare his promotion's sacrifice, Fhuver allocated the majority of Warriors to remain behind.

He was proud of their discipline.
let them attack he thought. My warriors are the match of any invading army
Fhuver turned to his villip, and inverted it. "Captain Du'Adra will remain with over 5000 warriors. I will return to the Worldship, and await the Jedi." he said to the Prefect, who simply consumed the information without wasting his breath on needless reply.
Fhuver closed the villip, and boarded his transport. Looking once again out at the now completely transformed world - His world, that he had created - he felt a sense of immense pride. The Yuuzhan Vong WOULD eventually rule this galaxy, star by star, one world at a time.
    Fhuver would see to it.

As the villip ended the communication with the warmaster, Rokangus stepped out onto the command deck once more. The Warmaster wanted him to join him at Obroa at once in order to offset the defenses the Imperials would inevitably bring to bear.

To an acolyte, the Prefect said, "Tell Leiutenant Fhuver that I am leaving the vessels here at Myrkr under his command. I am taking the Augen Sonne to meet up with the rest of my fleet so that I may join the Warmaster in the glory of battle."

The low ranking officer bowed in respect and went to carry out his orders. As he did, Rokangus began to decide how many ships to take with him to Obroa. He already decided that he would send a third of his fleet to assist the Executor's fleet.

But for Obroa he would need a large fleet. There would be no mistakes this time, like there had been at Chandrila. The Prefect would never underestimate the Imperials again. Rokangus grinned with feral intensity; yes many things would be different in this battle. He had two special surprises for the Imperial infidels, developed by his most skilled Shapers. They were already waiting with his fleet.

"Take us into hyper-warp," the Prefect crowed triumphantly, "We will join our fleet at the edge of the Skai system soon!"

    ********************************************

OOC: Here is the fleet I am sending to Skai

    Worldship: 1
    Assault Cruisers: 250
    Light Cruisers: 300
    Picket Vessels:500
    Coralskippers:
    20 squadrons per worldship
    4 per Assault cruiser
    1 per light cruiser

    _____________________________________________

IC: Toma Tu'kla had arrived back at Yaga Minor's Ubiqtorate Base after a friutless chase of some 'no-name contact' that didn't bother showing. He had just walked into the Command Deck of the base and was meeted by Major Hyrano.

Major: Sir, we have just received word that the Yuuzhan Vong have launched attacks on Myrkr, Obroa Skai and, Bastion.

Tu'kla: Have the base go to full alert and also all warships within the system. I'll be in my office if anything turn dire.

Tu'kla strides from the Command Deck and goes down the hall to his office. His loyal droid, IMP-22 was waiting, where he usually stood.

Tu'kla: IMP-22, open a Holonet link to "To-Phalion Base" immediatly

    IMP-22: At once, sir.

A minute later the Commander of To-Phalion Base, Commander Millrarn apearred before him.

Tu'kla: How is the testing of the new designs going?

Millrarn: Good sir, I was about to contact you asking if you and some HC members would like to review the designs before we go any further. A few bits here and there and they'll be ready for operational use, sir.

Tu'kla: Continue your work Commander, I will gather some HC members and travel to "To-Phalion Base", but it could be a while before that could happen.

    Millrarn: Why sir?

Tu'kla: The Yuuzhan Vong have lanuched attacks on Bastion, Obroa Skai and Myrkr. The Ubiqtorate Base is on full alert. I want "To-Phalion Base" to be as well.

Millrarn: Yes, sir. As you wish.

And with that, Commander Millrarn's face disapated into nothingness.

Um, P-O-T I don't want to nitpick considering it's not that big but when you attacked Bespin you apparently forgot about the fleet of corvettes, gunships and escort frigates that I left behind. I was wondering how you got in so easily...

And will someone please answer Admiral Ben_Skywalker's question?

Ah, I'd wait for about a week or so and consider the move forfeit. Anyway someone has to counter the move for it to be so. Otherwise, it could mean that the enemy has decided not to do anything at all.

But that realy is for the FID, Mitth and Jace to decide - They are the Game Masters. :)

OOC: Who is controlling the 9 ISD's that are stationed at Bastion? I'm already in system and I assume it will take Fluke more than a couple of hours to get there. So could whoever is in charge post something for them? Even if it is just a defensive formation? Just go ahead and post Jello, I'll deal with things as the unfold. Charth Maul stood behind BOOSTERERRANT as he struggled to leave aboard his ship.

His heart had sank. He was angry, yet at peace. He watched as BOOSTERRANT slowly turned to face him. Charth Maul began to take off his huge thick cloak.

"Booster, it is my regret to inform you that I have left the Sith Order. I have served the Sith long, and it is my time to leave. However, know this: I will not be gone forever, and we shall once again face each other..." He stood wearing a basic tunic. He had no lightsaber, only a small sword. At that moment, as Charth Maul took off the last of his Sithly clothing, he threw a small little bottle on the ground and smoke shattered everwhere.

Sleep well, my friend Booster... he said.

With that, Charth Maul quickly completed his task, and hurried back to his ship and took off where he again donned his Imperial uniform.

    Till we meet again, Jedi.

His ship soared through the air, and into hyperspace back to his base.
