Very nicely put, JB. I never know what to say. I once wished someone a "Happy Yom Kippur" and I was corrected. Any way... I still don't know what to say. What is the proper greeting?

 

This girl who's part of an ANNOYING group in my comm class said "Happy holidays!" to the teacher as she left. I resisted mocking her/them to the teacher (who would be about 50% likely to appreciate it).

Wishing someone a good or nice Yom Kippur (or Yom Tov or "holiday") is just fine, DH.

I'm just going to sleep and go to math. And eat. When I used to try and fast, it was always more about the "see if you can make it" self-competitiveness. Closest I ever made it was with an hour to go...didja know Goldfish are really, REALLY salty when they're the first food you've had in that long? Plus, I'm sick, and not eating can't be good for getting better.
