Those are REALLY pretty! I especially like the composition and color in the green/blue one, but then I tend to like dark stuff. It has a sort of goth feeling. Is this Photoshop?

    Excellent work!

Hello waterlilymay001, and welcome to Fan Art! These are lovely, and I like them all--though the pinkish one appeals to me most: I think it's the general lack of "smiling pictures" of Padme, and this one is so pretty! I also like the way the spiraling graphic curls around her eye--a lovely touch. Very nice, and we'll be looking forward to more! Again--welcome!

As FF said, welcome to Fan Art! It's great to see a new face!

Great collection of wallpapers you got there! The first one with the greens and blues and the negative image of Padme really evokes a lot of emotion, but I think the smiling Padme is my favorite with the bright colors and pleasing composition. Very nice and keep up the great work! :)

Hi there again! These are as beautiful as the last ones! Your backgrounds are gorgeous! I love how layered and textured and moody they are. I'm trying to learn to use photoshop a bit - where do you find the elements for your backgrounds?

I love the colors in the first one and the three characters make for a really nice composition.

I like the positive/negitive color palette on the second - although it isn't my fav pic of her, you color choices are unusual and sophisticated.

The third one is very sweet and once again I like the muted colors.

The fourth is quite interesting. The black and white palette is relieved by simple traces of muted color which I think are the perfect thing for a moody piece like that. You really have a wonderful color sense! Very original!

I'd really love to see more!

    =D=

edit- you know, I take it back. Looking again, I think the negative one is my favorite. You've put such wonderful symbolism into it with the quote from Psalms and the negative quality gives it the perfect sense of foreboding. The background reads ominous and dream-like. The parched trees and the large repeated figure of her create an atmophere that is ethereal and sinister yet lovely in a dark way. It kinda makes me sad - but that's ok - I like it when art moves me that way. Beautiful!

    Hi waterlilymay001! [:D]
    Welcome to Fanarts!

Wow, those wallps are beautiful! [face_love]
I'd like to know how you do the backgrounds - I also love making wallpapers but just don't know enough of making these background elements and all the colors in them.

    =D= Looking forward to more!

These are wonderful, waterlilymay001! I really love the compositions... and the backgrounds are simply gorgeous! :)

I really love the first one on your second post -- the one of Padme with the greenish/blueish background. Very lovely!

hi people im so glad you all like them!!! eheheehe[face_love]
well ill try to tell you all how i have dun them all. but to be clear with you i have to take a little while to remember how i did them. :D most of my ideas come to me and then i just come up with them. but i do know that i make my own back round elements... some of them i have got from pixle placese. like pixle chick, and others on line but you have to remember when you barow them you have to give credit to the people hwo made the textures..:D but i do make my own it haas take a while to learn how to use them but i have been using photoshop for about 7 years now... I also make my own brushes. but some i have, or most of my brushese are from people hwo have made them for the public... the same thing go's whith them give credit ..... ALL THE TIME* artest will love you for that [face_batting]

    More beautiful pieces, waterlilymay!

I will offer one suggestion, however: check your spelling and grammar when using quotes and text (wise, rather than "wize"--I walk in the valley (not "vallie") of darkness, but I shall fear no evil (rather than the double-negative of "shall not fear no evil"). The images and graphics are indeed beautiful, but mistakes in spelling and grammar can detract from that beauty. Online dictionaries and searches for correct quotes can be done before the text is added, thus saving you from having to correct later. Your compositions and image selections are gorgeous--just make sure that the words and quotes you add are correct, and they will definitely add to your creations!
