Let's talk logistics in this thread. Who's bringing what, how much, setting up, provision of food/snacks for our guests, etc.?

If anyone is a forum member of Rebelscum, and you know any locals here in the Hampton Roads area, please post this event on their boards. If not, I will.

 

The official time will be 1:00 -5:00 PM.

Plan on coming around 12 noon to set up.

Please bring a table if you plan on bringing lots of stuff.
