    We got refi'd by our past agent at 5.375% from 7.62%....granted we had to dole out some bread(rolled into the loan)but in 18 months we'll have paid that off, and afterward we'll be able to dump as much as $600/mo. directly into equity along with our new, low payment! WE ARE SO STOKED!!!!!!! And we got to drop that stinkin' PMI!!!!!!!




    HOLY POO-DOO, LIFE IS GOOD AGAIN!!!!!!!!
