Oh no. Suicide Squad is bad, but I can think of MANY superhero films that were worse than it.

 

*cough, cough* Batman & Robin *cough, cough

 

Also Spawn. Fant4stic. Catwoman. BvS. There are quite a few contenders for the Superhero Movie Suckitude Smashdown.

 

Supergirl (the movie) , Superman IV, Steel, the Captain America movie from the early 90's, TMNT III, etc.

Iron Man 2 was not that terrible. Neither were the Hellboy flicks. Otherwise, I do agree with the rest of your list.

You know, that was a really bad flick, but I seem to recall it had its moments.

 

So did Iron Man 2 or Batman v. Superman but they're still not great... 1-2 cool scenes doesn't eliminate the overall "not great" of the movie, unless it's literally in service to building to a climax that overshadows everything bad before (rare).

 

Yeah, I need this in 4K.

 

First off, I'd love a 4K version of both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight... that scene with the bats at the mental hospital in the first one alone would be worth the price of admission. There's no reason to pooh-pooh the effort, simply because The Dark Knight Rises is terrible.

Secondly, we definitely need 4K this:

 

Maybe during that remastering he could, I dunno, make Rises less...terrible?

 

The Rock is out as Black Adam in the Shazam movie.

 

Yeah, that's a bummer. The Rock seemed pretty hyped about the role. But perhaps will play the title character, Shazam?

WB/DCEU have changed their approach and line up after the poor reception of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. I read this morning the WB/DCEU have plans for two new films for 2020, which many speculation are when Wonder Woman 2 and Man of Steel 2 will drop.

 

So delete the whole film?

The plan has been for a solo Shazam movie, a solo Black Adam movie, and a crossover as the third film. That's been the rumor for awhile now.

The Dark Knight Rises...terrible? Banning is not enough.

 

You have awful taste in films, this is proven. No need to reaffirm.
