    that says it all to Batman And Robin which makes almost any movie look good in comparison. the one with Val Kilmer was really bad as well.

    Justice League is the new Batman Forever, except Batman Forever is very nostalgic to me. At least this time it did not work out for Warner.

    new dc animated film gotham by gaslight is quite good.

    nobody gets credit in the shadow of conroy, but bruce greenwood excels in the main role again, as he did in red hood. film's not on that level, but it's definitely worth a watch. glad that the dcau is getting some mojo back after some really rough efforts - as is always the case with sam liu, he either nails it, or combusts spectacularly.

    i'm a bit leery of the ninja film - but its completely new blood, which is a good thing. new suicide squad film is liu, released next month - will it exceed the live action film? one can hope.

    I suppose now is as good a time as any to announce that our very own @heels1785 is to direct the yet untitled Nightwing movie, release date TBA. In it a disillusioned Dick Grayson steps out from Batman's shadow and The Boy Wonder strikes out on his own.

    with this development, io9 is reporting that nightwing 3 and 4 are temporarily on hold for release in 2038. justice league 2 remains on schedule for 2042, though.

    I'd watch the hell out of a @heels1785 Batgirl movie...

    2 hours of Judge Judy teaming up with Steve Spurrier to beat the crap out of Bill Gates...

    Yeah, it was a decent movie and a lot of the fans, especially Superman fans would love it.

    Its loss got a lot to do with BVS' bad reputation and the unnecessarily high production cost.

    Losing Whedon is a bummer but at least he admits he couldn't do it. As for director replacement, crazy idea I have is Gretta Gerwig. Kid striking out for independence from her parent! Heck, Lady Bird, Batgirl. Get Saorie Ronan in there, STAT!

    Yeah, I know people complain about distinct indie directors being grinded up by the Hollywood superhero machine but I ain't minding.
