So CO We need a logo!

just a interesting though but we should come up with some sort of logo. i think that would be pretty cool.

 

Good idea. I'm as busy as can be. See what you can come up with. A sketch, anything.

Anyone with suggestions or ideas should feel free to sketch something out. Perhaps we can discuss this at the next meeting.

the logo should say southern colorado fan-force. and then have a double bladed light saber over it and on under it. and the on the sides of it we should have the right side be a blue light saber and the left be an upsidedown green one. but the sides are normal lighstabers.

I wouldn't count on color. Color adds a lot to the price of having it put on shirts, hats, etc...

I don't think we should spell out the name. I think we should just say SCFF in the logo. Those in the know will know.

The logo should be small, simple, and easily reproduced in black and white.

Some sort of logo with SCFF underneath it or incorporated into it.

It probably should incorporate something Star Wars and something related to OUR COMMUNITY. Like Pikes Peak.

Perhaps the sillouette of Pikes Peak with the republic and imperial logos cut out of it? With SCFF beneath it? It may be wide enough to spell out Southern Colorado FanForce.

Sorry, MoD-Sith, but lightsabers are hard to reproduce in black and white.

as far as the Pikes peak thing. can we maybe just do mountains rather than 1 mountain. PP aint all that big down here.

This might be just the thoughts of a slep deprived man,but why dont we take some ideas from other groups in the area *Cough*501stmountingarrisonhasanicelogo*cough*, not a rip off but use it as a starting point.

 

Post a link to their logo. I found one on google but the link was gone and it was too small to be helpful. It did look pretty good though.

Look at this one though:

Go to google, click on the images tab, and search for "pikes peak logo 501st". It's the only result.

I really don't think that is a problem, and I think that was pretty much the original idea...to use it as an idea to start from, not plagarize it outright. Thanks for the input though.
