Edmonton We need to have a BIG meeting that everybody has a chance to plan on attending....

Our last couple of get-togethers have been on semi-short notice, so I would like to plan ahead for an event so that everybody will have ample time to arrange for time off from work or keep the day open from other social activities.

This will give us a chance to catch up with people that we maybe haven't seen for awile, as well as give our newer members a chance to come out and meet the whole crazy lot of us!

Don't get me wrong, I am all for making quick and fun decisions on things to do, but some of our members may not have as flexible of schedules as others, so I thought this would be a good idea so that we can get everybody out to an event. (actual event activity to be determined )

I also realize that it also may be difficult for everybody to actually plan that far ahead, so there is no super rush to get this done, but having it completed within the next two weeks would definately be important. I just wanted to bring it up now, so that we can all start thinking about it.

Tentatively, I will set the possible dates for 4 consecutive Saturday afternoons, starting with Saturday, January 25th, and going inclusive of Saturday, February 15th. If anyone can't make all the Saturdays for whatever reason, we can try to change it to maybe Sunday or early Friday evening or something.

So, please indicate you availability in the following format:

Sat, Feb 15 - Available or Not Available


Once everybody (or hopefully everybody) has indicated their availability, we can pick the day that the most people will be able to attend, and make that date official.

I hope this works for everybody, hopefully we will all be able to arrange to meet on at least one of those days, and we can have a Super Big Fun Event!!!

Im going to book all those Saturdays off (If i can) So i should be able to make any or all of those posted dates

 

I'm going to leave all saturday's open too. Except the 15th cuz that's my birthday . Though I'm open to us having an event specifically for that lol
