    I doubt I'll have time to take any shifts, inbetween volunteering for both CV and Rebel Legion.

    I'm going to wait another week or so to see if they give a more definite schedule, but I'm sure I'll be able to volunteer for a few hours. Just not Friday from 3-5.:p

    I had to change the time I signed up for on Saturday. I know I can do one shift for each of three days - but the times might vary depending on the final schedule.

    Ditto. After consideration, though, it looks like it will PROBABLY be around midday Thursday, early afternoon Friday, and maybe a short time (less than an hour) early afternoon Sunday. Out of those, Thursday looks the most definite, and I'm planning on being there for at least three hours total.

    I wouldn't be able to say anything more than 'it's a kickarse group of SW fans on a forum and some NOT on a forum' or something along those lines but I could prolly take Sat's 11-12 as like. no one else would be available. xD

    You don't really need to know more than that.

    And signing up is like working in an excel-document. You click on the cell that you want to write in and then you sign your name. :)

    How acceptable are schedule changes if the situation changes? I mean, looking at how much is currently announced, I'd be potentially willing to hazard a set of hours, but would like the ability to change if the schedule fleshes out and there's somewhere I really want to be. So I can either wait or go with a starting point now.

    I wouldn't worry too much if you have to change. Just make sure to update the schedule and then post a notification in this thread. If it's during the con, please either come by the table AHEAD OF TIME to let us know, or contact someone on the JC/FF table staff at CV (Obi Anne, Jedi_Dajuan, myself, and a few others I can't think of at the moment). We'll post an official list of contacts at some point before the con.

    Oh, and by the way, the schedules have been updated!

    Now that the convention schedule is up and I've looked over it, I think I'll be able to help out. Probably Sunday, but I be more certain after I analyze it more.

    Currently down for 6 hours. I'll let someone know if this changes around closer in, but it's likely more to just change around the times rather than cut back outright.
