Okay, I just paid the yearly bill -- and now if I can get 8 LAFFers to donate $10.00 each (plus my own donation) then I break even, and you get credit as being a supporter on the site! Pledge in this thread if you can afford to kick in this year.

Thanks guys...can I say bring it to the Holiday Party? I just really want to see as many LAFFers there as possible, because [selfish] I haven't been to much lately and I miss y'all [/selfish]. Anyway I'm in no rush, as I put it on a credit card, so we'll see after the party if I have to put out another plea. The hosting company just contacted me and wants to help fixing the site because I/we're good customers, so this next year should be good!

I'm happy to contribute $10. But, I suggest a general hat passing at the party so instead of a few people forking over $10, a lot of people might share the cost and have to put in less per person.

 

I think everyone should contribute $20 and all monies received in excess of the yearly web fee will be donated to the Liz&Bernie Drinking Fund!

 

I am usually part of that, so I say YES! Great idea.

LOL "drinking fund--" you guys crack me up! Seriously I think I see 15 pledges, so lets just say $5 each to cover possible sudden-poverty situations. No wages, for beer or otherwise, are necessary for me: I do this for love and learning. I'm grateful you all have let me practice my web-larnin' on ya! I think once I've sorted out our move to the big server (all that's left is a few tweaks from the host) you'll all be happy at being able to give up photobucket and the like. No more red-x-s!
