    They have a flag? Woot!

I also have big plans for the next generation of Antilles (even though that won't be their name). Who else wants to see Grandpa!Wedge?

    I do! I do!

Query...will they have the last name Tainer, Celchu, Horn, Skywalker, or will it be an entirely new name?

And can they hang out with Wyn Fel?

What does the Antilles flag look like our of curiosity...

Actually, I plan to have them be Darklighter and Skywalker... And yeah, I want to do a piece on those two forgotten Fel siblings, Wyn and Cem.

    I like that flag!

Oooh, interesting! Forgot about Gavin's passell o' kids! And Skywalker...ooooohhh...

Fel siblings! They need more love!

Of course you do. It's Wedge's flag. All sane people love it!

Yeah, Gavin's got five! And yup, Skywalker... See, Wedge's girls are smart. They know their daddy will want to shoot any male who looks sideways at them. But he could hardly shoot his old friends'sons, now could he?

They really do. I'm thinking Valin Horn and Wyn Fel. They'd make a pretty awesome baby, don't you think?

    Good point. *salutes with lightsaber*

And Syal probably wants someone who can take care of himself after the last one? ;)

They would, indeed! And I've been dying to read about both of them!

I don't know. We all sort of just hang around.

And I'm sure we'd all swear up and down that we are General Antilles' greatest fan!

    Anyone interested in being Senator?

Are you? I'm Senator for the X-Wing Fan Club; I don't think you can be Senator of two threads at once.

I'm thinking about it, at least until I can become senator for his daughters ;)

I'm senator for the WJFC. There was some talk about combining or at least juggling some of the fan clubs around since some don't have a very substantial following anymore. This might make it easier.

That might make some sense - though that probably means all the X-Wing related groups will get lumped. :(

But many of those groups are the same people anyway (or close enough). We could make just two, a Antilles Fan Club to incorporate both the daughters and the man himself, and combing the WJFC with X-Wing Fan Club. That brings us from 4 related threads with similar users down to two. Although part of me really really hates to combine the WJFC with anything else. It has a bit of a history.

True - though I still would like a space to talk just about the daughters (even if it's one or two peoples). I guess it'll have to be decided in Senate.

Wedge is a great character. Liked his role in the X-Wing series, NJO series and LOTF series. Allston and Stackpole write him the best.

I concur. Who else even takes the time to try and write him? They're best at Wedge.

Well, I do like Zahn's Wedge, even if he's not as deep as Allston or Stackpole's. And Tyers had a nice Wedge bit in Truce at Bakura.

And then there's some comic writers who butcher him...

Ah, I've never read Truce at Bakura. One of the few I haven't. And I don't really remember zahn's Wedge all that much...

Zahn's Wedge in the Thrawn trilogy was pretty good. No complaints there

Actually, much as I'm not a huge fan of KJA or the New Rebellion, there were some interesting things going on with Wedge in those books as well.

Wedge was good in the Jedi Academy trilogy. No Starfighter action but I liked him in that but since its KJA not many people like him but I like his works but I'm probably in the minority in that
