It's called, " I am permantly slender." I just stareted listening to it at night. I need to do the full routine, listening to it morning, noon and night for a couple weeks before I can tell you about it's effectiveness. Day 11,12,13,& 14: There is a saying that goes: "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." That is precisely what happend to me yesterday and is happening to me today. When I do not have my diet foods prepared, where the only thing I have to do is heat it up in a microwave then I will eat junk foods. This is what happend to me because of a project I was doing at work, I did not eat breakfast. Since I was not prepared at night I stopped off at Jack in the Box. I will say that I didn't eat any HIGH fat burgers, fries, or high sugar sodas but I did eat a bit. I ate two Chicken sandwiches (scraped off the mayo and only ate them with one bun) and a .99 cent cheeseburger which I also removed the bun. To drink I had a lemonade. No too bad but not good either. I will not beat myself up for this. Which brings me to my second point. There are a lot of people that beat themselves up or quit their diet as soon as they binge or eat something not in their diet. To me, this is a lifelong project so dust yourself off and get back on the diet. Yet, I also notice that I let myself off too easily for my indescretions(sp?) with my diet. I know that I should hold myself more accountable for my mistakes. I guess I really need to think about this. More than anything this weekend, esp Sunday, I will prepare my meals for the entire week. Today is starting off ok. Again I have not prepared anything. So I am going to double my efforts to control myself. Tonight I won't go to the gym but I will be moving and sweating tonight(not that! But I can wish.) At least that will get me some exercise. I have not mentioned this here, but I want to thank you all for allowing me to post my thoughts and my experiences with my diet and fitness program. I feel accountable and so I feel that I can't cheat too badly because you all will be on my case, which is what I want. Thank You.
