This is Time magazine's list of the best inventions for 2002, but it contains stuff like the Tooth Phone, Dog Translator, Catch-A-Bubble and a Musical Jacket - it must have been a slow year for inventions.

Yes, I call it Ralph. And we'll be throwing it away; we're getting a new LCD monitor soon.

 

I named the first computer I ever had 'Max' after that wacky thing in that movie 'Flight of the Navigator'. I also remember naming another one 'Hal' which probably wasn't a good idea

 

Females are weird ... they go around naming their computer, their stuffed animal toys, their clapped out VW, etc., etc.

There's also a few more Personality Tests in the left-hand column, most are (even more) silly. In the Internet Addict test I only got 32%.

 

I got 17% for the 'Are you an evil genius'? and 27% for the internet addict one.

I can't work out how owning a cat makes ya evil. But what I wouldn't do for my own Island!

 

Evil guys often seem to own a cat - for example there was at least one James Bond baddie (Goldfinger??) and The Claw in the Inspector Gadget cartoon series.
