    It's a pleasure to create this Romanian forum for you all to post in. :)

    Hopefully you will be able to start up a FF chapter also. I know that it might seem difficult when you are spread out over a whole country, but it is possible. My advice is to plan well ahead and look around to see what other FF chapters with the same problem has done. :)

    Also remember that even if you post in romanian you still need to follow the rules and regulation of the boards. I can't speak or understand any romanian but if you see a problem notice me exactly what it is and I can edit it for you.

    If you have any questions about FF or the forums feel free to contact me or ask in this thread.

    Yet again, you are all very welcome as our newest forum in the European FF region. :D

    You don't have to talk Star Wars only, the FF forums are also for socialising and becoming friends, and then you don't always want to talk Star Wars.

    Setting up this boardd was quick and fast :)

    I was traveling throu Romania this year twice, and i have to say, that Transilvania is very beutifull :)

    Feel free to visit FanForce Poland as well as Slavic Countries General Discussion

    And one thing else: As far as I now Romania is a Slavic Country, and don't you think, that You should be under SCGD on the European FanForce's list? :)

    I'm 35 and I'm SW fan ...since I know myself :)

    As Obi Anne said ... there is no need to talk ONLY StarWars, but to talk in order to become friends and to know each other in a different way than SW fans.

    Hi Darth_Fizyk, Romania is not a Slavic country instead we are Latins: like the French, Italians, Spanish etc. :) Amor, amore, dragoste, they sound alike :D

    Anyway I'm glad to be here. I'm on theforce.net since May 2001 but didn't posted so often. But now that we have a Romanian Chapter I'll be here all day long :)

    Well the little language person in me put Romania under the general category, if you feel that you have things more in common with the Slavic countries, except the language, it's no problem to move.

    Or would it maybe be better to rename the Slavic region to Eastern/Central Europe? So far it would then be Poland and Romania in the region.

    Hi all !!

    I think it is a general mistake to place Romania in the line of Slavic countries.
    Maybe this is happening because Romania in geographically placed near Russia, Bulgaria and ex-Yugoslavia.

    Good fellas ... we are NOT slavic people !
    We are latins.
    Our ancient people were invaded by the Roman Empire and a lot of them established themselves here.

    95% of our language is latin based and we have only a few words taken from the Slavic languages (like "da" :) meaning YES).

    We understand very well the italian language and we need interpreters for the slavic ones :)

    May THE FORCE be with us ...always ...
