BTW I just drove few kilometres with my bicycle and now I'm feeling weak. Too much of exercise.

Never ever excerise again then DW. It will kill thats why i dont do sports either .

I love bicycling and that the only sport I ever practice.

 

lol, 1 km is to much for him. I would say 0,5 km .



I only swim as a sport btw.

 

Two to three. But I did it as fast as I could, some big hills also on the way.

 

Ahyes Finland is full of hills right? here in holland we dont have many of them (thank the maker for if i need to travel by bike )

I usually go about ten kilometres everyday I bicycle and thats almost everyday.
