Hello Fan Force. I am kinda new to the JC too, but I am happy to see a local forum just for us D/FW people. I saw there is going to be a get together in Grapvine in a coupla weeks so mabye I will meet some of you then.

Enjoy the JC, they have good forums. I like the EP2 spoilers and the JC community has some hillarious threads to check out.

 

Hey Tim.. I think I'm feeling "at home" now. I sure hope the rest of our group gets here and gets back to posting like "old time's sake"

Not that I've even been around that terribly long.. I lurked for a while before I'd even registered at the old board (and I waited a while before even posting after that! LOL).

Looking forward to the meeting. Anything else we should post about or "move" from the old boards?

Well.. I may have had trouble sleeping but at least I got up at a decent time. Now I just gotta get off my butt and get some art done today heheh

Oh, btw! Saw this linked from our old board by Lightsabre:

So I guess if anyone wants to grab anything from the old board for their own archive or to cut and paste/move here, make sure ya do

re: the colors... yeah.. it is a bit drab (ok, very drab) after having our colorful board, but I've really gotten used to this so far and I haven't had any problems really (knocking on wood) so I'm hoping that we can keep things moving along and have some fun here, too. Sorry to hear about some of the options, too, Storm. I haven't had much chance to do anything but skim over some of the info about how these boards work, but I guess there're some things we'll have to do without, unfortunately. There might also just be other ways to do them, too. Guess I'll spend a little time looking to see what all is supported here (bold etc).

Still.. I'm happy to see familiar and new faces here

Yea Stone...LAME. You can't do anything in these forums, no html, smiles, or anything. I wish we could change the background colors or something.

 

Yeah, I was looking around and didn't see anything about that. Oh well *sighs*. At least we still have a place to post and stuff. Could be worse.. heheheh For a long while I didn't have any club locally to hang out with, so I'm glad to at least have this. Maybe after a while they'll get us color or add a few other things.. who knows..
