As is the case in all forums on these boards, this forum is designated as "spoiler free" for any information regarding Episode III. Due to the nature of the Clone Wars Animated Shorts though, discussion of the events of the cartoon with relations to known EpIII events are allowed in this thread, and this thread only in the forum. Any posting of spoilers outside of this thread will be dealt with harshly. All other discussions relating to spoilers should be held in the Episode III (Spoilers Allowed) forum. If this becomes a problem, all discussion relating to spoilers will be moved to the Episode III (SA) forum.



While the following applies only to the Clone Wars projects at the moment, discussion of spoiler material for upcoming projects are to be kept in clearly marked threads. Any information that has not been released officially through starwars.com, LucasArts, the Cartoon Network, or other sources directly linked to the projects can not be posted in any thread that does not contain a warning about spoilers in its title.


If you have any questions or problems regarding this forum, please feel free to contact any of the moderators that are helping out in this forum.

small but a good place to talk and learn about show some of us have not heard much about.

 

I was originally opposed to such a forum, but after more thought, I realize that it really is necessary because The above mentioned topics dont really fit anywhere else now with SW Misc gone.

EDIT: Question: Is this forum suitable for the discussion of VHS releases of the SW films and Droids, Ewoks etc? Only not many people in the collecting forum seem to respond to those kind of threads.

Blackout, yes on the Droids and Ewoks (they're listed in my first post ), but the CT videos are a CT forum thing.

A question: Should discussing spoofs and things of the such be appropriate?

 

I think that we decided not to allow discussions of references to Star Wars, or Star Wars spoofs in this forum. This forum is basically for Star Wars television programs that have the Lucasfilm name attached.

Discussions of commercials is okay, as long as they are general commercials with Star Wars in them, and not for a specific movie. Discussions centered around commercials for specific movies would be better off in the forum dedicated to that movie.

great forum. i was just discussing the idea for a forum like this with DP4M in the SW CW Cartoon thread under the lit section.

and i agree. once the cartoon kicks off. im sure this forum will be jumping.

I dunno, seemed like the most logical place. The only other possible place would be the EU forum but that's mostly known for the novels and comics.

 

Great idea! With the Clone Wars cartoon not being released until Fall of 2003, it will be interesting to see how our ideas created by this forum will compare with the actual cartoon. I can't wait!
