    Not all forums become official chapters. However if your forum is interested keep in mind you will need 3 meetings consisting of 3 members. All which need to be reported prior to a NE RSA. If you have any questions on how to become official please feel free to contact either Strawbary or myself. We are the RSA's for the NE region. :)
