I have to ask - is that perpetual nuisance (and I say that with love) Bib still around?

 

At the moment, he's on a ban for having a foul mouth in the Games forum. However, even before that he hasn't been around much. Apparently, he's gotten a girlfriend, which probably explains that. He did make a meet, though, before dropping off the radar.

I think it was Beth(at the LOTR meet) who made a joke about sticking a pin in your ego. Apparently it has polarised hull plating cause nothing seems to work .

Really, really sharp metal from the Song of Ice and Fire series. The stuff lasts practically forever and never gets dull. Even a slight slash is usually enough to seriously wound a person.

THats what usually happens. THe most interesting thing about them is their color: it's always black as night. They seem to swallow colors right up in the attempt to color them.

Swords are cool. WHen I was at BN yesterday whilst everyone else was at Borders, I bought a book on swords.

Yeah, I also bought a CD holder to organize all the CDs in my car, and the Galactic Phrasebook by Ben Burtt.

 

Cool. I didn't buy anything except food and parking and tolls while I was in Boston. But I had fun anyway.
